I started Europe's first cuddle therapy business in 2016. Since then I've trained practitioners, set standards and spoken openly about why safe, consensual touch matters. I founded Cuddle Professionals International to give the field the training, ethics and insurance it deserves.

Practitioner. Years of hands-on work, starting as a massage therapist and holistic tutor in 2004.

Educator. I created the first accredited, insurable professional cuddler training.

Advocate. I speak and write about touch deprivation, consent and ethical practice.
